God pulled you from the pit of that addiction and your waking hand and hand with Him in a new relationship. But what happens when it feels like God is absent and He is not answering those prayers? Do we return back to that addictive behavior he rescued us from in His absence? Do we do like Israel and build a Gold Calf while we wait? Is your addiction your Gold Calf?
